TERMS OF USE

Welcome to Matchix ("the App"), a mobile service developed and operated by SUPERSKY APPS LIMITED ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing or using the App or our website, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree, please do not use the service.

1. ELIGIBILITY
  You must be at least 17 years old to register or use the App. By using the service, you represent and warrant that you meet this age requirement and have the legal capacity to enter into these Terms.

2. ACCOUNT REGISTRATION
  You are responsible for:
    • Providing accurate and current information.  
    • Maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials.  
    • All activities that occur under your account.

3. USER CONTENT
  3.1  Ownership – You retain ownership of content you post (text, photos, etc.).  
  3.2  License – By posting, you grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, display and distribute that content solely to operate or improve the service.  
  3.3  Prohibited Content – You agree not to post content that is unlawful, hateful, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or infringes any third-party rights. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate these Terms.

4. ACCEPTABLE USE
  You agree not to:
    • Violate any applicable law or regulation.  
    • Use the service for commercial solicitation, spam or fraud.  
    • Reverse-engineer, decompile or interfere with the App’s security or functionality.  
    • Impersonate any person or misrepresent your affiliation.

5. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY
  All trademarks, logos, and software in the App are the property of SUPERSKY APPS LIMITED or its licensors. Except for the limited license in Section 3.2, nothing in these Terms transfers any intellectual-property rights to you.

6. FEES
  Basic use is free. Optional in-app purchases or subscriptions may be offered; prices and terms are presented in-app before purchase and are handled via the Apple App Store.

7. TERMINATION
  We may suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, if we believe you have violated these Terms or pose a risk to the community. You may delete your account at any time within the App settings.

8. DISCLAIMER OF WARRANTIES
  The App is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding reliability, availability, or suitability for any purpose.

9. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY
  To the maximum extent permitted by law, SUPERSKY APPS LIMITED shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages, or loss of data, arising out of or related to your use of the App.

10. INDEMNITY
   You agree to indemnify and hold harmless SUPERSKY APPS LIMITED from any claims, damages or expenses arising from your breach of these Terms or misuse of the service.

11. GOVERNING LAW
   These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in London, UK.

12. CHANGES TO THESE TERMS
   We may modify these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be posted in-App and on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
