      • Location data (approximate or precise) if you grant permission.

      • Device type, operating system, language, time-zone, and App version.

  1.3 Usage Data
      • In-app actions (e.g., swipes, messages sent), preferences, crash logs, and diagnostics.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
  • Deliver, maintain, and improve App features.  
  • Match you with other users based on interests and behaviour.  
  • Personalise content, notifications, and recommendations.  
  • Monitor, detect, and prevent fraud or other harmful activity.  
  • Comply with legal requirements and enforce our Terms of Use.

3. DATA SHARING & DISCLOSURE
  • We do not sell or rent personal data.  
  • Service Providers – trusted partners that process data on our behalf (analytics, hosting, customer support) under confidentiality agreements.  
  • Legal Requirements – when compelled by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users, or the public.

4. DATA RETENTION
  We keep your information only as long as necessary for the purposes stated or as required by law. You may delete your account at any time; most data will be erased within 30 days, except where retention is legally mandated.

5. DATA SECURITY
  We employ industry-standard safeguards (encryption in transit, firewalls, limited access). No method of transmission or storage is 100 % secure; therefore, we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. YOUR RIGHTS

  • Deletion – delete your account and associated data.  
  • Consent Withdrawal – disable location or notification permissions in device settings.  
  • Objection / Restriction – object to certain processing activities.

7. CHILDREN’S PRIVACY
  The App is intended for users aged 17 +. We do not knowingly collect data from children. If you believe we have inadvertently collected such data, please contact us and we will delete it promptly.

8. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
  Your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence. By using the App, you consent to such transfers, subject to appropriate safeguards.
